Gourmand, human planetoid, Ministry braintrust and consumate entertainer, the Ozzer sees most of what goes on in the Ministry and remembers all the gossip. It's very likely he could take over the Ministry through blackmail, or at least by making himself absolutely essential to the smooth running of the British Wizarding World. He has very many friends and very few enemies.
Luckily, he's much happier playing the idle devil and devoting his time tracking down new and exotic culinary experiences. After all, what's the use of being a Slytherin if you can't get someone else to do your dirty work for you?
